RERC, part of SitusAMC, today released its European Real Estate Market Briefing. This report examines how trade wars and other geopolitical tensions have raised concerns about the global economic slowdown, which is causing investors to prepare for the risk of uncertainty that comes to the spotlight. The study found that the political and economic disturbances associated with Brexit continue to strongly influence the behavior of European investors. Although concerns about the immediate recession in the United Kingdom have subsided after the surprising improvement in economic results in July, growth remains stagnant. Given that the Prime Minister is a strong supporter of Brexit, the chances of agreement before the deadline of 31 October are weakening.
