Reconstructed building B in Prague's Brumlovka is the winner of the HOF AWARDS

Building B in Prague's BB Center (Brumlovce) won the HOF Awards 2021 (Hall of Fame - Best of the Best) in the Best of the Best Legacy (Redevelopment) Development category as the best reconstructed building in Central and Southeastern Europe. A complete renovation of the interior, exterior and surroundings of Building B was completed last summer, and the building is currently almost completely occupied. In November of this year, Passerinvest Group will open a new concept of coworking and flexible FLEKSI offices here.

PASSERINVEST GROUP has invested more than a quarter of a billion crowns in the development of the public space and the pleasant transformation of BB Centrum

PASSERINVEST GROUP, the investment company and Czech builder behind the creation of BB Centrum (Brumlovka) in Prague 4, invested more than a quarter billion crowns in the modification and construction of the public space in 2020 and the first half of 2021. The amount of CZK 275 million crowns, without any state or other subsidies, was used for, among other things, repairs to Želetavska Street, the construction of the new Náměstí Ellen G. Whiteové, the installation of the moving sculpture “Brouk” (Beetle) and the reconstruction of Balance Club Brumlovka. In this way, the company is fulfilling its philosophy to build a sustainable, and environmentally- and user-friendly environment, which has been part of the company’s DNA from the very beginning.

Thanks to BIKERO, BB Centrum is also becoming a paradise for cyclists

BB Centrum will welcome a new retail tenant in the spring of this year - the company bikero.cz. The number one in the domestic market with cycling and sports equipment will rent retail space of 274 m2 leading to the main Vyskočilova street on the ground floor of the newly renovated office building B. Attractive location on the main road in the heart of BB Centrum and in the catchment area near important arteries, was one of the decisive criteria for bikero in selecting the location for the new unit. The owner of the building is the development company Passerinvest Group.

PASSERINVEST GROUP and UniCredit Bank extended the lease until 2033

The extension of UniCredit Bank's lease to 23,700 m2 in the Filadelfie office building in Prague's BB Center is one of the largest lease transactions in 2020. This year, the bank built a modern office concept within its headquarters - Smart Office, which allows it to optimize leased premises in line with current and future trends.

Alpha Building in Prague’s Bb Centrum has a new look

The leading Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has completed the revitalisation of the common spaces in the ALPHA Building. The planned renovation of the building in the BB Centrum in Prague 4 followed the company’s repurchase of the building. Two new tenants moved into the modernised building during the course of January and ALPHA currently reports a 70% occupancy rate.

Municipality of Ostrava purchases the historical building from Passerinvest Group

The Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has completed its successful and exemplary cooperation with the Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz city district. Ostrava City Hall applied the option for the priority purchase of the historical building in which the city district’s offices are located. Once again PASSERINVEST GROUP has shown that it is possible to do business in the Czech Republic honestly, according to the rules and without any outside influences or corrupt behaviour.

Alpha Building in Prague’s BB Centrum welcomed new tenants – Xerox Czech Republic and Gorenje

The Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP is gradually continuing with the revitalisation of the ALPHA building while also welcoming two new tenants. The technology company XEROX CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o. has moved into the modern office building in BB Centrum in Prague 4, leasing a total of 1028 m2 of office space. Another 561 m2 is being used by GORENJE spol. s r.o., a producer of household appliances. Both companies moved into their new spaces during the course of January and thanks to that the office spaces in the ALPHA building are almost 70% leased.

Passerinvest Group Purchases Beta Building

The leading Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has successfully completed the acquisition of the BETA building in Prague’s BB Centrum. PASSERINVEST GROUP acquired this modern office building with a leasable area of 19,000 m2 by repurchasing it from CBRE Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe, managed by CBRE GLOBAL INVESTORS.
