Due to the unique architectural concept, strategic location, and unique views to all corners of the world, the Filadelfie building is one of the top office projects in our country and with its height of 70 m dominates the entire BB Centrum in Prague 4. It comes from the workshop of architectural firm DaM and was approved in 2010. Its other major tenants include ŠKODA AUTO or the investment and development company PASSERINVEST GROUP, which is behind the BB Centrum project.
