Svoboda & Williams has launched myhive Flexi Offices service offices

The myhive Flexi Offices project, which was created in cooperation with Offices Unlimited, expanded its offer of Prague serviced offices and coworking in May. Situated in the Pankrác district, it offers furnished offices with flexible rental periods, reception support, conference rooms, coworking and other premium services. The administration and marketing of the new serviced offices was exclusively commissioned by the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency - which officially launched the project on May 30th.

Mayhouse approved. The first tenants are 4finance IT and Zaplo Finance

The Mayhouse office building near the Pražské povstání metro station has been approved for approval. The construction of the project took place from September 2017 and the investment, including interior modifications, for future tenants will reach approximately CZK 450 million. 4finance IT and Zaplo Finance, members of the 4finance Group's global financial group, were the first to find facilities in brand new and representative offices. The Mayhouse project belongs to the portfolio of the real estate investment group CPI Property Group, which is the largest owner of office space in Prague.

The gardens, as well as the green areas around the city buildings, are changing over time, and new trends are evident in recent years. So the lawn is increasingly used as a carpet in the interior, more massive materials are used, including concrete.

The weekend attracted 1700 visitors.

These Prague offices are the healthiest in Central Europe

The Visionary project in Prague was awarded the WELL certification for Core and Shell in April with a healthy building. The building from Prague's Holešovice has thus become the first office building not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Central Europe, which won this prestigious award.
