The construction of Česká spořitelna headquarters may be delayed

The realization of the southern part of the Smíchov City project, which is to be dominated by the new giant headquarters of Česká spořitelna, will most likely be reversed by 2022. The revised schedule is based on a newly announced plan of intent prepared by the developer of the Sekyra Group. It was originally built in 2021.

Reconstruction of Building B at BB Centrum has begun

Administrative Building B with a total lettable area of ​​15,600 m2 and 250 underground parking spaces will be renovated by a new modern façade, generous reception, restaurant, a brand new garden for the public in an open atrium and a green relaxing rooftop terrace. All technologies ensuring a quality indoor environment will be modernized. The main entrance will be moved from Vyskočilova Street to the west side of the building, where a small square, the so-called piazzetta with mature trees, seating and water features will be created. The investment in reconstruction is estimated at CZK 400 million and its completion is planned for the first quarter of 2020.
