"We have already managed to complete almost our entire DOCK district, but the last building is missing. However, it is already under construction. The final residential part of DOCK Marina Boulevard, located on its own peninsula between the blind branches of the Vltava, was approved more than a year ago, and a few months later the penultimate administrative building in the complex. We focus on finishing our last building," says Viktor Peška, sales director of the Crestyl Group. "The interest in DOCK has shown that the place connecting offices with apartments in the immediate vicinity attracts both living and working, in addition, the overall unique atmosphere is underlined by a large amount of greenery and the adjacent river. All we have left for the tenants to occupy the last DOCK IN FIVE building, which will not be completed until next year. We already have several tens of percent of the space leased here, and the rest are being negotiated with serious applicants," he adds.

DOCK IN offices have attracted a number of major companies such as Saint-Gobain, Dame Food, BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance, ASSA ABLOY, LEGO Trading, Publicis, Henkel or Hornbach. The last DOCK IN FIVE building offers 21.5 thousand m2 of high-standard leasable office space and retail space for restaurants and services on six floors. The style of the office building fully follows on from the previous stages. The building offers a large number of balconies and terraces with views of the marina and the quiet zone around the two blind branches of the Vltava. The building is located between the Libeň Bridge and the rest of the entire DOCK campus.

DOCK IN offers offices of a high standard

The commercial part of DOCK IN of the CRESTYL group's DOCK project in Prague has a total of five phases. The DOCK project is conceived as a combination of quiet living and offices with a promenade by the water. In addition to access to the marina, it also offers a nearby golf course, direct access to the bike path and access to the park with a children's playground and the large Thomayer orchards. Despite the quiet environment, DOCK has excellent public transport connections thanks to the metro and trams. The new footbridge directly connects the new buildings with the Libeň Bridge, so the Palmovka metro station is less than a four-minute walk away. The Palmovka location offers complete civic amenities - schools, sports grounds, medical facilities, post office, theater, shops or restaurants.

A new relaxation park with an area of one hectare is now being completed on the DOCK campus, which will offer relaxation in the greenery with water features and benches, as well as the possibility of sports activities, for example, outdoor fitness or yoga lessons. Athletes will also appreciate the special tartan running track around the entire area, which is also connected to the city's bike paths leading to the city center and Troja. Of course, there are facilities in the form of showers, changing rooms and places to place bicycles directly in the building.

The total floor area of the DOCK IN commercial complex is approximately 80,000 m2. The largest area is occupied by office space, but the area also includes shops, cafes and restaurants.
