Prague's BB Centrum (Brumlovka) has long been more than just an administrative function, in addition to first-class offices, you will also find a wide range of shops and services. And it is in them that you can comfortably buy all the Christmas presents for your loved ones, because the options are really very varied and will satisfy even the most demanding customers. Among the shops in Brumlovka you will find boutiques with designer clothes, luxury jewelry, Scandinavian home appliances or exclusive places for sports and relaxation.
The Passerinvest Group, an investment and development company whose flagship project is Prague’s BB Centrum (Brumlovka), has begun the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building. The building, with a total area of 23,000 m2 from the workshop of the architect studio Aulík Fišer architekti, is going up right by the Roztyly metro station (C line) in Prague 11. Apart from the office function, the project also offers a public P+R parking lot and several retail units, which will significantly expand the local civic amenities.
"Building B was the last renovation that had to be completed so that in our portfolio we had only top offices equipped with the latest technologies that also meet the requirements for sustainability. Part of our philosophy is also building a quality public space, so as part of the reconstruction, we also built an open atrium with wooden seating, greenery and a water feature and a new Ellen G. White Square with mature trees and a jet fountain. Our goal is to provide tenants with a quality background so that they feel comfortable with us during and outside working hours, ”said Vladimír Klouda, Executive Director of Passerinvest Group.
Building B in Prague's BB Center (Brumlovce) won the HOF Awards 2021 (Hall of Fame - Best of the Best) in the Best of the Best Legacy (Redevelopment) Development category as the best reconstructed building in Central and Southeastern Europe. A complete renovation of the interior, exterior and surroundings of Building B was completed last summer, and the building is currently almost completely occupied. In November of this year, Passerinvest Group will open a new concept of coworking and flexible FLEKSI offices here.
PASSERINVEST GROUP, the investment company and Czech builder behind the creation of BB Centrum (Brumlovka) in Prague 4, invested more than a quarter billion crowns in the modification and construction of the public space in 2020 and the first half of 2021. The amount of CZK 275 million crowns, without any state or other subsidies, was used for, among other things, repairs to Želetavska Street, the construction of the new Náměstí Ellen G. Whiteové, the installation of the moving sculpture “Brouk” (Beetle) and the reconstruction of Balance Club Brumlovka. In this way, the company is fulfilling its philosophy to build a sustainable, and environmentally- and user-friendly environment, which has been part of the company’s DNA from the very beginning.
The specialist for providing comprehensive security services, G4S Secure Solutions, is the new tenant of the completely renovated Office Building B. The agency occupied 815 m2 of office space in July this year, adding other renowned companies ABInBev, NEWPS and Alcon Pharmaceuticals. The owner and administrator of the building is the PASSERINVEST Group.
At the beginning of the year, it seemed that many coworking centers or shared offices could not survive the measures associated with the Covid-19 pandemic. It was on shared workspaces, whose philosophy is based on meeting, personal communication and cooperation, that the constraints fell very hard. However, as the results of the June analysis of the consulting company BNP Paribas Real Estate show, this spring most of the operators of coworking and serviced offices felt a new wave of interest.
Preparations for another large project of the Passerinvest development group took almost fifteen years. After the BB Center in Michel, it will start developing a second location in Prague's Roztyly. So far, the plans cover about half the area of BB Centrum, but even there, developer Radim Passer has been buying more land on an ongoing basis.
