Even tradition sometimes needs a new coat. Becherovka, which has been produced according to the same recipe for more than 200 years, has new offices. The original background in indistinct colors ceased to meet the requirements of the company and the employees moved to modern premises in the Stromovka Center in Holešovice, Prague. The offices will feature colorful meeting rooms styled according to Becherovka, Jameson, Beefeater or Havana Club spirits, as well as its own bar.

The exhibition was prepared by the capital city of Prague and IPR Prague. It starts on 23rd September and will last until 20th December 2020 in the premises of the Prague Center for Architecture and Urban Planning (CAMP) and on Mariánské náměstí, where the projects are presented in the form of a panel exhibition. The exhibition, in which visitors themselves can interact, maps 5 basic categories of the building development of the capital city of Prague, namely new districts, new transport connections, new opportunities, new squares and streets, and new parks. Each category is represented by 5 specific projects.

Over 90 percent of Metronom Business Center leased, with AbbVie becoming the newest occupier

HB Reavis’ Metronom Business Center has secured another client. The international biopharmaceutical company AbbVie, which is involved in the research and development of new medications, has moved from its former office on Evropská Street to 1,600 sq m of HB Reavis’ scheme, located in Prague 5. After the recent record-breaking lease of 24 900 sq m to SAP, the Metronom building is now more than 90 percent occupied.

Alpha Building in Prague’s Bb Centrum has a new look

The leading Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has completed the revitalisation of the common spaces in the ALPHA Building. The planned renovation of the building in the BB Centrum in Prague 4 followed the company’s repurchase of the building. Two new tenants moved into the modernised building during the course of January and ALPHA currently reports a 70% occupancy rate.
