Petr Herman, the Country CEO of HB Reavis in the Czech Republic, stated: "Metronom Business Center and its commercial success is great proof that technologically-advanced, and sustainable office buildings, whose architecture aligns with the character of the area, are exactly what world-class companies like AbbVie and SAP are looking for."

Located close to the Nové Butovice metro station, the Metronom Business Center is comprised of three connected buildings, which include terraces on the upper floors. The building has achieved BREEAM Excellent Certification and has three underground floors to park 533 cars, plus a bicycle parking and a recharging station for electric cars. The construction of Metronom Business Center has transformed the area around the Nové Butovice metro station, which is now surrounded by a park and tranquil leisure spaces with maintained greenery.

The retail units of Metronom Business Center are also quickly filling up with currently only 2 small ones available from a total of 2,135 sq m of retail space. Rossmann drugstore, a café with a confectionary, Gourmet House restaurant and a pharmacy are already operating and several different restaurants such as The PUB and Green Factory shall commence operations over the next couple of weeks.
