Another billion real estate business has been closed in the center of Prague. Prague Amendi Asset Management acquired the Prague City Center office for 64 million euros (worth 1.6 billion crowns). It is the largest asset manager in Europe. The former owner of the real estate, the international company Tristan Capital Partners, informed the transaction. She owned the building through one of her real estate funds.
HB Reavis’ Metronom Business Center has secured another client. The international biopharmaceutical company AbbVie, which is involved in the research and development of new medications, has moved from its former office on Evropská Street to 1,600 sq m of HB Reavis’ scheme, located in Prague 5. After the recent record-breaking lease of 24 900 sq m to SAP, the Metronom building is now more than 90 percent occupied.
Prologis, Inc., the global leader in industrial real estate, today announced that it will expand Prologis Park Prague D1 East by developing two additional buildings, DC8 and DC9, totalling 10,360 square metres, for which two pre-leasing agreements have been signed prior to construction.

The planned renovation of the building in the BB Centrum in Prague 4 followed the company’s repurchase of the building. Two new tenants moved into the modernised building during the course of January and ALPHA currently reports a 70% occupancy rate.
The Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP is gradually continuing with the revitalisation of the ALPHA building while also welcoming two new tenants. The technology company XEROX CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o. has moved into the modern office building in BB Centrum in Prague 4, leasing a total of 1028 m2 of office space. Another 561 m2 is being used by GORENJE spol. s r.o., a producer of household appliances. Both companies moved into their new spaces during the course of January and thanks to that the office spaces in the ALPHA building are almost 70% leased.
Erste Group Immorent today inaugurated the Enterprise Office Center building, a new landmark in Praha 4. The 12-storey building offers 29,069 m2 of A Class premium office space, additional space for tenants, and also up to 400 parking places. STRABAG has erected the building based on architect Vladimír Krátký’s design.
