The construction of the multi-functional building VÁCLAV in Ostrava has started

In the center of Ostrava, on Kostelní náměstí, the implementation of the first stage of the multifunctional building VÁCLAV has begun. The building will offer apartments, office space and commercial units on an area of 4,424 m2. The developer of the CZK 300 million project is the ANTRACIT group, the general contractor of the implemented stage is the Ostrava construction company HSF System.

Land survey for the tallest building in Ostrava and the Czech Republic has begun

The field phase of engineering and geological research has begun on the plot between 28. října Street and the Nová Karolina shopping center in the center of Ostrava, where the Ostrava company RT Torax is preparing to build the tallest building in the Czech Republic. The aim is to verify the information in the area after the Karolina coking plant with the help of boreholes, which is important for the foundation of a building with a planned height of 200 meters.

Nová Karolina Park will welcome the new tenant Brose CZ

The attractive Nová Karolina Park office building in Ostrava is enjoyed by a newly arrived tenant, Brose CZ. Brose is one of the world's leading suppliers of automotive components. It is a family-owned company originating in Germany and has leased 1,700 m2 of office space in a building owned by the investment and development company Passerinvest Group. Preparations for future offices began in mid-September 2020, and employees have been moving to them since December last year.

Municipality of Ostrava purchases the historical building from Passerinvest Group

The Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has completed its successful and exemplary cooperation with the Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz city district. Ostrava City Hall applied the option for the priority purchase of the historical building in which the city district’s offices are located. Once again PASSERINVEST GROUP has shown that it is possible to do business in the Czech Republic honestly, according to the rules and without any outside influences or corrupt behaviour.
