The construction of the project took place from September 2017 and the investment, including interior modifications, for future tenants will reach approximately CZK 450 million. 4finance IT and Zaplo Finance, members of the 4finance Group's global financial group, were the first to find facilities in brand new and representative offices. The Mayhouse project belongs to the portfolio of the real estate investment group CPI Property Group, which is the largest owner of office space in Prague.
