IMMOFINANZ comes with an offer of flexible offices in the myhive Palmovka building

IMMOFINANZ is introducing new flexible services for its tenants in the Czech Republic under the myhive brand. It offers companies and individuals customized office products that give them a flexible choice of four options according to their current work needs and rental time. Top offices in the modern myhive concept will bring individual solutions that meet the needs ranging from small offices for one person to large corporate offices. The total leasable area in the Palmovka myhive building is 21,500 square meters.

Savills becomes the exclusive manager of the Prague office portfolio of IMMOFINANZ

With effect from January 2021, IMMOFINANZ has entrusted the international real estate consulting company Savills with the exclusive management of its portfolio of seven office buildings in Prague. The total floor area of the assets is approximately 123,000 square meters.

With eight new acquisitions, IMMOFINANZ extends its STOP SHOP portfolio to 80 locations

IMMOFINANZ continues to expand its successful portfolio of shopping centers under the brand STOP SHOP and has now purchased eight shopping centers in Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia. The total purchase price is approximately € 90.5 million.

IMMOFINANZ with significant increase in office portfolio occupancy: plus seven percentage points to 82%

IMMOFINANZ raised the occupancy level in its office standing investments by roughly seven percentage points to nearly 82% by the end of the 2015/16 financial year (as of 30 April 2016). Rentals in the office segment totalled approx. 388,000 sqm, or 29% of the total area, according to preliminary numbers.
