Helmfon - a unique device which fully blocks outside and inside sound waves

Helmfon is a device in a form of helmet, which thanks to the system of active sound absorption allows to concentrate in open working spaces. Because of the special absorption features, this helmet fully reflects the outside sound waves and thus makes the process of working comfortable, with no outside noise. In addition to it, the helmet blocks the Helmfon noise to outside surroundings and thus people, who sit near the Helmfon user don’t experience any discomfort of hearing unimportant sounds.  Helmfon was designed and developed by Ukrainian design company Hochu rayu, whose main idea was to create a tool, which helps to fully concentrate on working project, get some personal space and doesn't allow office noise kill person’s productiveness.

International real estate developer HB Reavis has announced the successful completion of its first unsecured CZK 1.25 billion (EUR 46.2 million) bond issue on the Czech capital market. This brings the total funds raised by HB Reavis through the Central European capital markets since November 2013 to almost EUR 150 million.

Over 90 percent of Metronom Business Center leased, with AbbVie becoming the newest occupier

HB Reavis’ Metronom Business Center has secured another client. The international biopharmaceutical company AbbVie, which is involved in the research and development of new medications, has moved from its former office on Evropská Street to 1,600 sq m of HB Reavis’ scheme, located in Prague 5. After the recent record-breaking lease of 24 900 sq m to SAP, the Metronom building is now more than 90 percent occupied.

IMMOFINANZ with significant increase in office portfolio occupancy: plus seven percentage points to 82%

IMMOFINANZ raised the occupancy level in its office standing investments by roughly seven percentage points to nearly 82% by the end of the 2015/16 financial year (as of 30 April 2016). Rentals in the office segment totalled approx. 388,000 sqm, or 29% of the total area, according to preliminary numbers.

Sumisho Global Logistics is expanding at Ctpark Plzeň

Japanese company Sumisho Global Logistics (SGL) specializing in pre-production logistics has expanded its warehouse capacity at CTPark Plzeň. Due to its growth, the company has leased there 6,000 sq m of new warehouse and office space adding to the original 26,500 sq m. The tenant was represented by the industrial team of 108 Agency.

Domestic investors to be the most active players in the Hungarian real estate markets

According to CBRE Investment Breakfast Intentions Survey the vast majority of investors expect more than EUR 1 billion of investments in the Hungarian commercial real estate markets in 2016. Participants at CBRE Investment Breakfast hold on 5th Aprils 2016 were much more confident that in 2016 the Hungarian investment volume will increase further than they were last year.

Hb Reavis and Zeus Capital Management complete the first major office transaction in hungary in 2016

HB Reavis Group and Zeus Capital Management are pleased to announce the completion of the sale and purchase of Váci Corner Offices.
