AFI VOKOVICE is an administrative project designed by the renowned architectural studio DAM architects. The project consists of two separate buildings of 6 and 8 floors that will provide leasable area of 14,000 sq m of office, retail and storage premises.

The project offers an underground parking with a sufficient capacity of 285 parking spaces.

AFI VOKOVICE offers highly flexible solutions for modern office areas using the latest technology and original architecture. Each floor can be leased as one unit of 1840 sq m in building A or 490 sq m in building B, or it can be divided into smaller units from 200 sq m.

Buildings are designed to be energy-efficient and have been awarded the LEED Platinum certificate.

The AFI VOKOVICE project was completed in August 2018.
AFI VOKOVICE is situated in an attractive location of Prague 6, right on the Evropská street, between Vokovice and Veleslavin city districts. Its position is within reach of the city center and close to the Prague international airport. The entrance of Metro station Nádraží Veleslavín is right in front of the building as well as the tram stops, bus stops and an intercity bus terminal. A train station is situated 2 minutes’ walk from the building. The project also has an easy access to the Prague Ring Road and is very well connected to D5 and R7 motorways in the direction to Pilsen, Chomutov and Germany.
