The Vlněna area in the center of Brno is once again expanding with new faces from the technology world. Four companies are moving into the modern offices of CTP, Europe's largest listed developer: Sanezoo, Avenga, Lifeliqe and Futured Apps. Together, these companies will occupy more than 2,500 m² of office space and bring with them not only new job opportunities, but above all, groundbreaking technological products and services that confirm the role of Brno and the Czech Republic as an ideal location for innovative global companies.
The Czech office space market is facing historically low supply, especially in premium locations where new office construction has slowed significantly. One solution to this situation is flexible coworking spaces that offer efficient and modern working environments. Developer CTP, a leader in sustainable industrial and office parks, is responding to these needs through its network of Clubco coworking centers. Since its inception in 2021, Clubco has grown to almost 7,000 m² and plans a further expansion of more than 4,000 m² in 2025, including its first entry into the Slovak market.
HEIMSTADEN is thus taking another step towards reducing the environmental impact of its business. IQ Ostrava is a pioneer in the field of sustainable construction in the region, it is equipped with energy-saving technologies and was the first office building in Ostrava to receive BREEAM Excellent certification 10 years ago.
Zebra Technologies, a global leader in mobile computing, barcode printers and scanners, is moving from Brno’s Královo Pole district, where it has been operating for 17 years, to the Vlněna office complex built by CTP in the centre of Brno.
