In September 2019, CA Immo began construction of Mississippi House and Missouri Park, two premium office properties in the River City Prague complex. The office complex will offer a total of 20,750 m2 of leasable space (Mississippi building 13,380 m2 and Missouri 7,380 m2). Completion of the construction of both buildings is planned for next summer. The investment will reach approximately 66 million euros, the developer has started the certification process WELL Core & Shell (Platinum) for both office projects. Both buildings will also meet the highest standards of sustainability according to the LEED Platinum level.

"As our priority is long-term leases, we emphasize the creation of buildings and premises in the best interests of future users. Thanks to a very high combination of WELL and LEED Platinum certifications, we respond to the current needs of tenants who want to provide employees, co-workers, and clients with an attractive and healthy environment, "comments Václav Jonáš, Director of CA Immo in the Czech Republic.

Mississippi House and Missouri Park will complement the River City Prague office complex, which currently includes three Class A office buildings (Amazon Court, Nile House, and Danube House). Both new buildings were designed by the Danish architectural studio Schmidt Hammer Lassen and follow the high architectural standard of the entire complex. River City Prague is located on the Rohanské nábřeží right by the Vltava River and close to the city center.

The Mississippi House and Missouri Park buildings will have 8 floors above ground and 2 underground floors designed for parking with a capacity of 230 spaces. There is also a bicycle storage room and facilities for cyclists, including showers. The architectural concept includes green terraces, flexibly usable offices with plenty of daylight, and a representative entrance lobby. The high energy efficiency of buildings will be ensured by an intelligent lighting system with dynamic control of chromaticity temperature and light intensity, CO2 level monitoring, advanced waste recycling, rainwater collection, and the use of heat pumps.
