Developed by PasserInvest Group, Building D secured its occupation permit last fall, but has been struggling on Prague’s slow leasing market since then. The project offers 5,500 sqm of office and 1,014 of retail, and the developer decided to create a showroom on the second floor of the building, furnished by the office furniture producer Techo. The building is BREEAM certified.
