Building C was the first major office development built in Prague on a green-field site after the 1989 revolution. Designed by architect Jan Aulík, it has seven above ground storeys and two basements for a total of 12,780 square metres of office area for lease and 206 parking places. The high-quality, open-plan offices are fully air-conditioned with sophisticated humidity control. The aesthetic and architectural concept of the exterior is reflected in a high-quality, richly textured green granite veneer.
BB Centrum is a new urban centre in Prague 4. This truly unique development project started to take shape towards the end of the last millennium and currently ranks among the most comprehensive developments in this country. Aside from prime office space, it offers a great many shops and services, along with housing, educational and healthcare facilities, restaurants, sports amenities and, last but not least, the ever-present greenery.
