Building Beta has nine above ground storeys and three basements. As it is the eighth building to be completed at BB Centrum, it reflects a whole wealth of experience gained by the developer, PASSERINVEST GROUP, in the previous phases. The latest materials and technologies were applied to the new development for high comfort and efficient operations. Also, security is a top priority: separate spaces for the tenants and the public, turnstiles, access cards, closed-circuit camera system and round-the-clock surveillance. The interior layout is very flexible and provides both open-plan and private offices, according to the individual tenants’ requirements. A typical floor covers about 2,000 square metres of rentable area on average. Interiors of the building make considerable use of natural materials such as timber, stone and glass. The building is beautifully lit thanks to two atriums, one open and one covered. The top floor has a common terrace for all the tenants of Building Beta and their guests, in addition to a separate terrace for the top-floor users.
BB Centrum is a new urban centre in Prague 4. The leading Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has successfully completed the acquisition of the BETA building in Prague’s BB Centrum. PASSERINVEST GROUP acquired this modern office building with a leasable area of 19,000 m2 by repurchasing it from CBRE Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe, managed by CBRE GLOBAL INVESTORS.
