Skanska´s newest office building is the project City Green Court. The flexible and energy efficient office building is located in one of the most accessible areas of Prague 4 – Pankrác on the corner of Pujmanové and Hvězdova Streets with a wide range of services and amenities in the area.

During the development of City Green Court, particular attention was paid to energy efficiency and to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. According to plan, the construction of City Green Court is in line with the US LEED standard. The project received LEED Platinum Pre-Certification as the first office building in the Czech Republic. LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is an international certification system of green buildings developed by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) which classifies the buildings according to their environmentally aware design, their operation and their sustainability.

According to Skanska´s internal tool for Green Construction & Development (Green Business) - Skanska Color PaletteTM which main sustainable criteria are energy, carbon, materials and water is the project City Green Court defined as Green.
