The Crestyl development group has won three prestigious awards at this year's CEEQA Awards 2025, one of the most important real estate events in Central and Eastern Europe. The Gamma Residence in Prague's Hagibor was awarded the best residential project of the year, the reconstruction of the Savarin Palace in the city center won the title of best retail project of the year, and the company itself was named a leader in the ESG field.
The construction of the new Dornych project by the Crestyl development group in the vicinity of Brno's main train station is progressing to the next phase. After the demolition of the old shopping center was completed, the last rubble was removed at the end of April. 90% of the demolished material will be recycled. A full 100% of the raw materials from the excavation of the construction pit will then be reused. Some of the material will be used directly in the construction of the new project. Its completion is scheduled for the end of 2027. Dornych will offer a freely accessible public space flanked by several smaller buildings. The lower floors of the new buildings will be reserved for shops and services, while the upper floors will house a hotel, clinic, rental housing and offices.

Development and investment group Crestyl appointed Andrej Zveržhanovský as its CFO for the Czech Republic in February. In this key position, he became part of Crestyl's management, where he will be responsible for the financial management of the company's Czech activities. This was previously the responsibility of the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of the entire Crestyl group, Jozef Ďurík, who will be freed up by Andrej's appointment and can thus focus more on the group's international financial development.
The development and investment group Crestyl today presented its new project in Prague's Pankrác. In the spirit of modern trends, the building, simply called BOKA Pankrác, is designed as a multi-purpose project that connects commercial premises and a supermarket with high-standard offices. BOKA Pankrác will replace two existing old buildings right next to the Kotorská tram stop between the Pankrác and Pražského povstání metro stations. Construction of the project should begin in the third quarter of this year, with completion scheduled for two years later. The total investment is CZK 1.5 billion.

For the first time in its almost thirty-year existence, the Crestyl development group is changing its position as international CEO. Simon Johnson, who has held the position of COO of the group for the past 14 years within Crestyl and also acted as executive director for the Czech Republic, is taking over the management of the entire group. The founder, owner and current CEO of the Crestyl Group, Omar Koleilat, is moving from an executive position to the role of a strategic consultant, and remains the owner of the company.
Scott.Weber Workspace continues to expand and consolidate its position as a leader in the flexible workspace and coworking market. This fall, it will expand its premises at the existing Churchill location near the Prague Central Station, while using the premises of Deloitte, and at the beginning of 2025 at the DOCK location in Prague 8. Next year, it will also open new serviced offices and coworking in the premium new PernerKa building in Prague's Karlín and in the intelligent ORGANICA building in Ostrava, then in 2027 in the exclusive location of Dornych near Brno's main railway station.
