The seven-storey building offers app. 13,000 sqm of class ‘A’ leasable office and retail space and underground parking for 158 vehicles. It is currently 81 pct leased, with the achor tenants being Komerční banka, ČSOB and Air Telecom. Cushman & Wakefield represented Skanska for the sale.
