Prologis lease renewals for 56,000 sq. m in Slovakia

Prologis, Inc., the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate announced the renewal of three leases totalling more than 56,000 sq. m at Prologis Park Bratislava and Prologis Park Nove Mesto in Slovakia.
The renewals include 25,300 sq. m with a leading global freight forwarder in Building 1 at Prologis Park Bratislava. The customer, which is one of Prologis’ largest globally, currently leases nearly 100,000 square metres in Prologis parks across Slovakia. NAY renews the lease for 19,700 square metres in Building 6 at Prologis Park Bratislava and Raben Logistics for 11,100 sq. m in Building 2 at Prologis Park Nove Mesto. In total, Raben leases 27,500square metres in Prologis parks across Slovakia.
