The new Red Court office building complements the office buildings of the RUSTONKA complex and the new building of the J&T Bank headquarters. Red Court will be the fifth building of the complex, located on the land of the former Prague Engineering Works, in Prague 8 - Karlín. The new building is seeking the LEED Gold certificate, and in March 2019 it successfully obtained the relevant pre-certificate.

"OBERMEYER HELIKA has been operating in this locality since 2016 and we are glad that we have the opportunity to participate in its further development," says Ing. Josef Knížek, chief project engineer of OBERMEYER HELIKA a.s. In June 2021, the building obtained a building permit and we are working on documentation for the construction for the General Contractor GeosanGroup. Construction will begin in July 2021 and should be completed by the end of 2022. "

Red Court is conceived as a solitary building

The Red Court office building will be located on land demarcated by U Rustonky, Voctářova and Švábky streets. The building will have a square floor plan with three underground and eight above-ground floors. The main entrance to the building is compositionally located opposite the vistas from the RUSTONKA complex. Red Court is conceived as a solitary building. The color scheme of the facades corresponds to the surrounding buildings and is designed in brick shades.

The layout of the building is characterized by a high degree of flexibility so as to satisfy the widest possible range of requirements of future tenants for floor plans. The operations of the office building, retail and services will be separated, and their operation will be dispositionally independent. On the ground floor there will be an entrance lobby with a reception and rental units with a separate entrance from the ground floor. Parking spaces, warehouses and technological facilities of the building will be located in the underground floors. The project also includes a residential terrace on the 9th floor.
