A place to work, relax and meet

Port7 is located on the left bank of the Vltava River in close proximity to the Nádraží Holešovice station and connects this area with the river and the surrounding neighborhood. Since its opening in April 2023, it has transformed a neglected brownfield into a modern urban area that naturally connects the office environment with a park, public space and diverse cultural events.

Until mid-September, Poncert7 is hosting a summer cinema, offering viewers a diverse range of popular Czech and foreign films. The program will include The Choirmaster on Wednesday 3.9, Bridget Jones: The Story of a Crazy Girl on Wednesday 10.9 and Stuntman on Saturday 13.9. All films start at 8 p.m.

The area offers a wide range of active leisure options – a cycle path along the Vltava River, a multifunctional sports field, a streetball field, a barbecue area, a community garden, an outdoor climbing wall or a parkour field designed for beginners and advanced players. Once a month, a sports day is held here, where those interested can try activities such as yoga or pilates under the guidance of professional instructors. From September 15, 2025, it will be possible to rent sports equipment on site, and a LOX box will be located next to the sports fields, which will offer up to 90 minutes of free sports equipment rental after registering in the application. For families with children, there is a playground, sandbox and extensive green areas suitable for picnics or leisure activities near Port7.

On the first weekend of September (September 5-7), visitors can look forward to the Burger Arena Festival, where they will be able to taste the best burgers from all corners of the country. The festival will also be complemented by a musical program in the dramaturgy of the Altenburg 1964 ship.

The current program and news from the area can be followed on Instagram Port7 @port7holesovice – a new chapter of urban life in Holešovice is being created here.

Since its opening, Port7 has established itself as a lively center of urban community life. In the summer, film screenings, concerts, theater performances, yoga lessons, and running training take place here, while in the winter the area comes alive with endurance swimming and themed events. In June, the Red Bull Kolo Molo recessional race attracted many people, when three dozen couples competed in self-assembled carts, for example in the shape of a banana or a Viking ship, on a narrow track directly above the Vltava River. The place is alive not only during the working day, but also in the evenings and on weekends.

“We designed Port7 to harmoniously connect work, leisure and community life. Greenery, sports infrastructure and cultural events make the area a pleasant place worth visiting,” says Jana Prokopová, Director of Leasing at Skanska.

A dynamic location for innovative companies

The area is coming to life with new inspiring people and companies. With a capacity of 36,000 m² of office and retail space, it has become one of the most attractive new locations in Prague. Recently, Port7 has grown with a number of new tenants who co-create a unique working and community atmosphere. Since the end of last year, the Danish company Unit IT, which provides comprehensive IT services for small and medium-sized businesses, has been based there. The fast-growing Czech startup Oddin.gg, focused on data and predictions in the field of esports, has also opened a new chapter of its business here. Other notable companies include Shoptet, one of the most successful Czech startups, which currently operates a third of all e-shops on the Czech and Slovak markets, the media house Economia, one of the largest Czech eye clinics Oční centrum Praha, the global cosmetics company COTY, and the technology company Aeven.

“We greatly appreciate the trust of our tenants and are constantly trying to expand the range of services that meet their needs. Since last year, the One Gym and The Miners café have been operating in Port7. In March, the Goodlunch canteen opened, which offers not only high-quality gastronomy, but also a pleasant space for work and informal meetings,” says Jana Prokopová, Director of Leases at Skanska. “From July 2026, the Maxík language kindergarten will also be part of the complex,” she adds.

Focus on sustainability

In line with Skanska’s long-term focus on sustainability, Port7 has achieved LEED version 4 certification at the highest Platinum level for each building and is completing WELL Platinum certification, which assesses health and quality of the work environment. Obtaining these certifications means that the building has achieved excellent results in the areas of water and energy savings, material selection and indoor environmental quality.

The campus has also received Access4You certification, an international certification system that evaluates and verifies the accessibility of buildings and public spaces based on the needs of different user groups.

“Sustainability is a key pillar of our long-term strategy, so we are proud that Port7 meets the highest standards not only in terms of environmental friendliness, but also in caring for the health and comfort of its tenants,” adds Eva Nykodymová, Health, Safety and Sustainability Manager for Skanska’s commercial development in Central and Eastern Europe.
