It also stated that on Tuesday it signed a preliminary agreement with S Immo to sell a portfolio of office and retail real estate in the Czech Republic with a total value of around 495 million euros, roughly 12.5 billion crowns. CPIPG owns a majority stake in S Immo.

CPIPG has completed the sale of Metrogate House student accommodation in London to a local investor, according to its report.

Last week, she completed the sale of the ConceptTower office building in Warsaw to WOOD & Company Real Estate.

In addition, Immofinanz, in which CPIPG owns a majority stake, sold the Grand Center Zagreb office building in Zagreb to a local investor this month.

The proceeds from these three sales amounted to almost eighty million euros (roughly two billion crowns), CPIPG said.

Vítka's real estate group has recently been selling assets heavily to reduce its debt following the costly acquisition of Austrian real estate firms Immofinanz and S Immo.

CPI Property Group owns properties in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland and elsewhere in Central and Eastern Europe. It is headquartered in Luxembourg and its shares are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

According to last year's ranking, Vítek is the sixth richest person in the Czech Republic with assets amounting to 149 billion crowns. It has a roughly ninety percent stake in CPI Property Group.
