Strong emphasis is placed in the project on flexibility for future tenants who can lease units from 150 to 1400 m2 on one floor and adapt them according to their requirements. It will be possible to equip each unit with a kitchen, toilet and shower, as well as relaxation zones. Of course it will be possible to choose between closed or open space offices, or to combine them.
In addition to the offices and relaxation zones, the project will also feature atypically designed common reception areas, bistro and hallways. A spacious terrace with a spectacular view of historic Prague, Vyšehrad and the Vltava River will be built on the roof of the building.
