"We started with DOCK fifteen years ago, it was our biggest investment and almost no one at the time understood why we decided to create something in such a neglected area, where there used to be shipyards. And now we have managed to complete everything successfully. The results of our long and honest work can be seen - the largest companies have their offices here, all the apartments are sold. This place is magical. The project is surrounded by a water area, there are parks, bike paths, and yet it is close to everywhere. DOCK brought life to the environment and at the same time became a natural part of it. The interest in DOCK has shown that the place connecting offices with apartments in the immediate vicinity attracts both living and working, ”says Viktor Peška, Crestyl Group's sales director.

The commercial part of DOCK IN had a total of five phases. The offices have attracted a number of major companies such as Saint-Gobain, Dame Eve, BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance, ASSA ABLOY, LEGO Trading, Publicis, Henkel or Hornbach. The last completed DOCK IN FIVE building offers 21.5 thousand m2 of high-standard leasable office space and retail space for restaurants and services on six floors. The style of the office building fully follows the previous stages, the author of the architectural design is the Schindler Seko architects office. The building offers a large number of balconies and terraces overlooking the marina and the quiet zone around the two blind branches of the Vltava. The building is located between the Libeň Bridge and the rest of the entire DOCK campus.

The residential part of the DOCK project is a combination of home near the city center with a unique atmosphere of life by the water. It includes the DOCK Marina View, DOCK River Watch and DOCK Marina Boulevard residential complexes, each of which consists of several low-rise houses overlooking the water level, thus fulfilling the most beautiful ideas of living, peace and quiet. The project emphasized the high quality of standards and materials used. All residential units are therefore characterized by glazed areas, French windows, a selection of quality surface materials and a comfortable interior reflecting the individual needs of each owner.

The DOCK project is conceived as a combination of quiet living and offices with a promenade by the water. It is located in a locality on the border of Libno, Karlín and Holešovice and is set in a pleasant environment along the two blind branches of the Vltava. In addition to access to the marina, it also offers a nearby golf course, direct access to the bike path and access to the park with a children's playground and the large Thomayer Gardens. Despite the quiet environment, DOCK has excellent public transport links thanks to the metro and trams. The new footbridge directly connects the entire complex with the Libeň Bridge, so the Palmovka metro station is less than a four-minute walk away. The Palmovka location offers complete civic amenities - schools, sports grounds, medical facilities, post office, theater, shops or restaurants. Directly in the DOCK complex there is also a relaxation park with an area of ​​one hectare, which offers relaxation in the greenery with water elements and benches, as well as the possibility of sports activities, for example during outdoor fitness or yoga lessons. Athletes will also appreciate the special tartan running track around the entire complex.
