KKCG builds villas in Prague 6. Offices in Karlín and apartments in Modřany are in a plan

The developer company KKCG Real Estate has recently started the construction of a smaller residential project near Šárecký potok in Prague 6, in advanced preparation it has a commercial and administrative center in Karlín and a large housing project on the premises of the former state enterprise Chirana in Modřany.

Komárek and Havrlant join forces again. They intend to build residential, commercial and industrial buildings

The development company J&T Real Estate acquired part of the territory exclusively for itself. It will build a thousand apartments, offices and shops on the spot for 15 billion.

The office buildings Palác Anděl and River Garden II/III in Prague and Wronia 31 in Warsaw were newly included in the list of properties with a WiredScore technology certificate. This certification is awarded to buildings with exceptional digital connectivity and teletechnical infrastructure. In addition, all three buildings received the highest rating of Platinum. The building owner, LaSalle, was supported by Colliers in the certification process.

Companies would like to go to the regions, but they have nowhere to go

More and more companies are considering regional expansion, but the lack of suitable office space prevents them from doing so. In regions outside of Prague and Brno, there is not only a shortage of modern spaces for rent, there is also a lack of flex operators. At the same time, they could benefit from the growing interest of international companies in the so-called Hub & Spoke or Flex & Core model.
