The leading Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has successfully completed the acquisition of the BETA building in Prague’s BB Centrum. PASSERINVEST GROUP acquired this modern office building with a leasable area of 19,000 m2 by repurchasing it from CBRE Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe, managed by CBRE GLOBAL INVESTORS.
