The HAMBURK project is to be developed at the location of the same name in the centre of Pilsen on the building plot bordered by U Prazdroje and Klicperova streets and the four-star Angelo Hotel. The HAMBURK project consists of two separate buildings. The smaller one is of a triangular layout, while the larger building has a rectangular layout with an extending atypical glazed pointed part. The two buildings will be built on the common two-floor (underground) garages housing both parking units and cellars. A square planted with vegetation will be created between the buildings. Surrounding areas will be revitalised, new footpaths will be built and the entire area will be landscaped, planted with trees and provided with garden benches.

The six-floor building along the U Prazdroje Street will house - on its lower floors - modern offices, shops and services with a view of the premises of the Prazdroj Brewery and of the square. Apartments will be located on higher floors, with a view of Klicperova street, the newly reconstructed building of the District Court in Pilsen-City, the building of District Prosecutor‘s Office and other completely reconstructed houses.

In the five-floor building of triangular layout, accessible from Klicperova street, the ground floor is reserved for shops, while other above-ground floors are designed for apartments. Owing to the specific building shapes various living areas will be created of interesting layouts on those floors. The HAMBURK project makes use of the variable design and interconnection possibilities of individual residential and non-residential units to meet specific requirements of individual clients. It features high standards of realisation, such as, e.g., veneered interior doors, parquet floors in rooms, ceramic tiling in bathrooms and toilets extending up to the ceiling level, as well as sanitary supplied by renowned manufacturers including Kaldewai, Hansgrohe and Laufen.

The location is easily and conveniently accessible by transport. The stops U Prazdroje of the bus line no. 28 and the trolleybus line no. 13 are at the front of the project area. The site will be connected to the U Prazdroje street tied to the D5 motorway connecting Prague with the Rozvadov border crossing. The main railway station of Pilsen is found within a walking distance from the site, which provides for the local transport connecting particular town parts and is tied to the railway system of domestic and international railway transport.

Owing to the fact the concerned construction is found at the city centre, all the civil amenities are available in its close vicinity. Within a walking distance you will find the TESCO department store, the clinic, post office, the building of municipality adjacent to the newly reconstructed building of the District Court in Pilsen-City, the buildings of the elementary school and the kindergarten, restaurants and sports facilities. You will be able to have a rest in the pleasant environment of the Štrunc municipal park offering footpaths, cycle paths, a children playground, a circular course for in-line skating as well as a climbing and skateboarding centre. You can satisfy your needs of culture in a number of theatres, museums, or you can visit the zoo with the Dino-park. In view of the fact Pilsen has been declared the 2015 European Town of Culture one can expect the offer of cultural events will be even wider in the near future.

In addition, the services offered by the neighbouring Angelo Hotel is worth note, from its restaurant, bar, and fit-centre with its most modern equipment, up to the relaxation facility including a sauna and massage services.
