CPI City Center Ústí nad Labem is the first adfministrative and commercial project of its kind in the region of Ústí nad Labem. The complex includes offices in the centre of Ústí nad Labem and shops and services for wide public. Another parts of the complex make a four-star hotel with congress centre, underground parking and relax area. The project benefits from a combination of services that are useful both for companies and centre visitors.

The CPI City Center covers an area of 6,500 m2 and offers 23,400 m2 of gross floor space. The Z-shaped administrative block diagonally cuts through the entire project site and offers 5 705 m2 of offices and 2 500 m2 od retail space. The central square is designed as a leisure zone which is accessible from several directions and offers a pleasant background for informal meetings and free time.

The CPI City centre complex is situated near the city centre and demarcated by the streets Masarykova, Mozkevska, Prokopa Divise and Spitalske square. The Masarykova street it the arterial of the city and the D8 Prague-Dresden-Berlin motorway.

Central location of the complex and a large capacity of the underground parking facilitate an accesibility by car. Due to the bus and troleybus stops in front of the complex the ease access from other parts of the city is guaranteed.
