We have prepared a mixed use project with high technological and quality standards, which caters to the tenants’ current
requirements, for you. The building is designed for maximum efficiency so that premises can be customised precisely to
each occupier’s requirements, be it in the form of open space offices or stand-alone separated offices.
All the space can be arranged to suit the tenants’ needs and their corporate culture and working style to the maximum
extent possible. A sufficient number of parking spaces with an above-standard size and cycling amenities are a matter
of course, as is archive and storage space. The purpose of the building is predominantly office with complementary services
on the ground floor – a supermarket, a pizzeria and a cafe. We are revitalising the public space and ground level areas
adjacent to the building, including green areas. The pleasant new surroundings will be the added value for the people
working in the facility.
The VINICE office building (Vinohradská 167, Praha 10) is easily accessible via public transport and by car. It has a big
advantage in its underground car park that offers enough parking space for both tenants and visitors. A tram stop is
situated right in front of the facility. The Metro A “Strašnická” station is just seven minutes’ walk away. The facility houses
a supermarket, a restaurant with a cafe and within walking distance there are many other restaurants, banks, shops, and
a park with full-grown trees and an area of 1.1 hectares.
