Horizon Holding is a joint venture of two international developers – the Shikun & Binui International Real Estate Development and the Shiran R/E Holdings group. In the Czech Republic, the two companies are partners in various real estate development projects. Shikun & Binui International Real Estate Development is a subsidiary of the largest developer holding in Israel, Shikun & Binui, which was founded in 1924 and is traded on the Israeli stock market. Thanks to its experience and excellent reputation, the company is being invited for tenders throughout the world, very often those which are financed by the World Bank or governmental institutions. In Europe, projects in Germany, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Czech Republic are being carried out. Besides development, Shiran Group is engaged in logistics, trade, communication technologies, and industry, with a focus on the Central and Eastern Europe. In this region, the company is the leading supplier of iron ore for the steel sector. It also owns a large network of development projects in Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Russia and Israel.
