Weber manufactures outdoor grills, barbecue grills, and additional products and operates in more than 40 countries around the world. Thanks to its own emphasis on the development of innovative products, through which it creates an exceptional customer experience, Weber is naturally close to the state-of-the-art design and specifics of The Flow Building.
"In our company, we are constantly discovering new possibilities and taking the experience of grilling our customers to the next level," says Daniela Pávová, Director of BSTC Prague at Weber.
"Therefore, it is more than appropriate for our team to work in an office environment with a similar emphasis on innovation and quality. The location and design of The Flow Building fascinated us, but the emphasis placed on the health and well-being of its users in the building was no less important in our decision-making. We can't wait to move to our new address."
JLL is in charge of the office equipment for Weber, which is located on the fifth floor of the building and has two terraces. The design from the workshop of its specialized team Tétris will ensure that the workspace will meet the specific requirements of the company.
"We are extremely pleased to welcome Weber as another new tenant," says Petr Červený, leasing manager at Flow East.
"Office space with a total area of 15,000 square meters in The Flow Building is filling up very quickly, which is a confirmation of the expected high demand for state-of-the-art space in an area with an exceptionally rich history. With its solution and emphasis on sustainability and the well-being of users, it makes the building a great place to work and it is wonderful to see how tenants are starting to adapt their premises with their own modifications. We look forward to seeing Weber set up their facilities here and to welcoming its BSTC team later this year.”
The characteristic glass facade of The Flow Building was designed to reflect the dynamic soul of Prague - constantly pulsating and changing. The continuous curvature of its surface was achieved using a complex three-dimensional modular system. To ensure sufficient natural daylight in the building, the facade has openable windows, which also allow ventilation that benefits the health of tenants.

These are divided into zones enabling their individual control with regard to the occupancy of individual parts of the building. The building will also support a healthy social environment through the Flow Zone lounge available to all its users and access to the roof terrace with magnificent views of Prague. These features, along with excellent public transport links and accessibility, make The Flow Building one of the hottest properties in the capital.
The building, which offers 15,000 square meters of office space and 6,000 square meters of retail space, is a flagship project of Flow East, a developer with a 25-year history of successful investment in the domestic market.
