In the first half of 2019, the total area of ​​modern office space in Brno reached 597,600 m2. Class A buildings accounted for 83% of the total area, with the remaining 17% being Class B offices.

In the first half of 2019, three office buildings were completed in Brno: Woolen office park AB (19,100 m2), Woolen office park - Bochner palace (1,500 m2), and Svatopetrska C (3,000 m2). 84 100 m2 of office space is currently under construction in nine projects - of which approximately 20 000 m2 should be completed by the end of 2019.

Gross realized demand, including renegotiations, amounted to 26,300 m2 in the first half of 2019, an increase of 95% compared to the second half of 2018 and a 48% year-on-year decline.

The largest transaction in the first half of 2019 was represented by the renegotiation of IBM Czech Republic on the premises of Technology Park Brno B, C (6,000 m2), followed by a new lease of Asseco Central Europe in the Šumava Towers B project (1,900 m2).
