“We would like to congratulate Skanska and CBRE GI for a mutually beneficial transaction. Praga Studios has received enormous interest from both European and Korean investment groups. This in itself testifies to the high-quality office environment that Skanska has created in one of Prague's most dynamic locations successfully linking space for living and working. This is also evident from the quality of the tenants present in the building, contributing to the vibrant energy of Karlín, ” says Chris Sheils, Head of Investment Properties at CBRE .
