The Park is a masterfully planned office and business complex built in the campus style. It includes 12 cutting-edge administrative buildings surrounded by gardens with carefully selected kinds of trees, plants and grasses as well as with fountains and creeks. The Park offers maximum flexibility when it comes to adjusting their offices to its tenants. Each building is fully equipped with high-speed wide-range optic cable and organic technology which enables easy adaptation to the latest innovations. Each building also features a common entrance lobby with a reception desk, 24/7 access, high-speed lifts, inner network security, raised floors and a lighting system. The project is located in Prague 4, the fastest developing location with office and business parks in the Czech republic, next to the Prague-Vienna-Budapest highway. The complex is just 50 meters from the Chodov metro station and other important traffic links. In the close vicinity is also also the shopping and entertainment center Chodov ( which is an important part of this dynamical part of town. The Park also currently offers additional services such as restaurants, cafes, a fitness center, the Canadian Medical Care center, the NestLingue bilingual nursery and many more.
In 2001 AIG/Lincoln Czech Republic developed the master plan for a multi-building 200,000 sqm hi-tech, campus-style urban office business park.
The PARK is located beside the D1 highway and next to one of the major metro lines of Prague.
The first building of 20,000 sqm was built as the Czech headquarters for IBM. The IBM building was completed in 2003 and became the standard for the development of new business parks in central Europe.
The second phase of The PARK project in Prague was built as the headquarters for SONY, as well as DHL’s global IT and data operations. This phase consisted of over 40,000 sqm in three buildings. The DHL premises contain a world class “N+1” data center, as well as DHL’s global IT headquarters.
The third phase of The PARK consisted of two additional buildings, a landscaped plaza, and café with deck. This phase totalled approximately 35,000 sqm. The landscaped plaza has a fountain, and putting green, and is the main outdoor social gathering point in the business park.
Phase 4 of The PARK consisted of four interconnected buildings surrounding a landscaped square. The total built area is over 55,000 sqm. The buildings surround The Market Square, which is the second main outdoor public space of The PARK. The square is used for sporting and cultural events, such as Christmas and Easter markets, life size chess, volleyball, volleyball and football.
Phase 5 of The PARK completed in 2009 the initially approved master-planned office park development. The last phase consists of a built area of approximately 20,000 sqm.
