Description

The Trianon project ist a typical example of a modern office building.
The buidling consists of three basic parts with a highly flexible floor plan. The main building ist composed of an eight-storey longitudinal block with four six-storey wings perpendicular to it. The dominating part of the building is the corner located twelve-strorey cylindrical tower. The proposed concept allows for a flexible layout adaptable to the users’ requirements. The areas can be divided into individual offices, where the size is a multiple of the basic 1.35 m grid. The total depth of the building, together with the 3.0 m ceilings allows for open-plan spaces.

Trianon offers state-of-the-art technical equipment. Great emphasis has been placed on the economical operation of the buliding.

Description of Location

The Trianon Project is located at Budějovické square in Prague 4. The entire area around Budějovické square is considered to be one of the most dynamically developing areas and will become Prague’s office and commercial centre in the future. In recent years, a number of new commercial and residential projects have already been completed here. A great advantage of this part of Prague is its excellent accessibility by car, especially the direct access to the D1 motorway (Prague- Bratislava -Vienna), and the excellent connection to Prague’s ring road.
