The Trianon project ist a typical example of a modern office building.
The buidling consists of three basic parts with a highly flexible floor plan. The main building ist composed of an eight-storey longitudinal block with four six-storey wings perpendicular to it. The dominating part of the building is the corner located twelve-strorey cylindrical tower. The proposed concept allows for a flexible layout adaptable to the users’ requirements. The areas can be divided into individual offices, where the size is a multiple of the basic 1.35 m grid. The total depth of the building, together with the 3.0 m ceilings allows for open-plan spaces.

A great advantage of this part of Prague is its excellent accessibility by car, especially the direct access to the D1 motorway (Prague- Bratislava -Vienna), and the excellent connection to Prague’s ring road.
