Description

The Nationale-Nederlanden Building, also known as the Dancing Building, or the Fred and Ginger Building, has in recent times become a highly recognizable part of Prague’s architecture. The courage of the development team to incorporate the project of Frank Gehry and Vlado Milunić into the traditional surroundings of Prague’s architecture won attention from the public both at home and abroad and has gained many awards.

Construction of the building took place between 1994 and 1996. There are 3458 square metres of office space spread over six floors, and the restaurant occupies approx. 493 square metres on the top two floors of the building.

The Dancing Building is located in the unique location of Prague 2, directly adjacent to the river banks.
