The original two-storey building (i.e. building eith two above-ground floors) from the 1970s with a flat roof, concrete skeleton, and large office spaces (designated "C2"), was later expanded with the addition of a hall with a steel skeleton and flat roof, reaching up to the second above floor of building C2. in the past, this hall housed manufacturing operations (PK202 telephone exchanges and, later, Siemens EWSD digital exchanges).
In the late 1990s, another buildings was added: a high-ceilinged warehouse, above which there is a large office space (designated "C3") linked to the second storey of building C2.
In the beginning of this century, another building was added - a three-storey office building (designated "C1") connected to the original building C2. This building contains, once again, large office spaces in the above-ground floors and the ground floor houses a restaurant and dining area. This building consists of a concrete skeleton filled in with a silicate blocks and with an insulated facade. On the sunlit side, metal windows are covered with outer jalousie blinds controlled via electric motors from within the building. In the summer season, the dinning area is expanded into the adjacent outdoor area, which is reminiscent of a park with grass and trees.
