Description

The building was built in the early 20th Late in the century Art Nouveau style building for the needs of Czech National Social Party boasts a rich history. It is named after the famous Czech Renaissance publisher George Melantrich of the Aventine and experienced party issuing pamphlets Czechoslovak Socialist Party , as well as a speech by Václav Havel, the protesters Velvet Revolution in 1989.

Twelve-storey building was completely refurbished in 2003-2004 and in addition to retail and office space offers 60 residential apartments and 36 parking spaces. The largest tenant of the building is currently multinational retail chain Marks & Spencer
